Piezosurgery

Piezosurgery is now one of the leading techniques in dental surgery for bone procedures and delicate grafts. It relies on the use of high-precision ultrasonic instruments, enabling extremely fine surgical gestures while preserving soft tissues (gums, nerves, mucosa, etc.).
Unlike traditional rotary instruments, piezosurgery uses controlled ultrasonic vibrations that can selectively cut bone without damaging the surrounding tissues. It is therefore less traumatic. This technology provides exceptional precision, significantly improving surgical safety and reducing postoperative complications.
